We accept the majority of private and commercial health plans, Medicare and Tricare. Please call our office to verify if we are in the network. These may change periodically. We also accept self-pay.
Self Pay Patient payments for the services provided are due at the time of your appointment.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
Services are by appointment only. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We do not double book our schedule. Appointments may not be honored if you are more than 15 minutes late. You are also responsible for confirming your appointment 24 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call or email our office 24 hours in advance to avoid no show or cancellation fees. Any balances must be paid prior to additional services provided, including no show fees for missed appointments.
